Lilitha Ntsundwani from Dunoon is an ex volunteer. He is an adventurous and courageous 21-year old agent of change. He is in the current top 50 contestant on the Mr South Africa competition.

As part of the competition, he had to approach organisations to fund R350 a month for 12 months to support an anti-bullying campaign. The task was given to check capabilities to communicate, commitment in working hard and smart, to complete a task on time and also to groom ambassadorship and role modelling skills.

With the announcement of Level 4 end of June and closing of schools, it took us back to the way the programme was implemented in 2020. Motivating volunteers and continuing with their self-development during this time have been non-negotiable. We were able to stay in contact with all 27 of them using the Whatsapp platform.
