Nal’ibali training for teachers

Sophakama Primary School regularly receives the Nal’ibali newspaper supplements, these contain stories and exercises in English and Xhosa.

In order, to use these resources effectively whilst, enriching their teaching with stories and song, Nal’ibali offered Sophakama Primary School teachers three 2-hour afternoon training sessions.

Nalibali Training 8 (Custom)

The training covered ways on how to use stories together with, songs and dance in the classroom. Furthermore, supplementing the curriculum. In addition to, motivating learners to read.

Nalibali Training 6 (Custom)

Nal’ibali is a national reading for enjoyment campaign to spark children’s potential through storytelling and reading.
