Every year, before their graduation ceremony, our volunteers are challenged to find a solution to a topic as part of their last assignment.

This year the focus was on wellbeing and how to encourage positive decision making under pressure. Volunteers worked in teams and they were introduced to a process to help them find these solutions.

The Dunoon cluster – consisting of 27 volunteers – form part of a much bigger group (around 800 volunteers) across the Western Cape who were all presented with the same topic.  The final solutions are presented to a panel of judges and the top 3 teams can win some nice prizes☺  This will be announced on the 26th of November  #excitementprizesteamwork
